I received my Master of Humanities in English from Tiffin University in August 2019 and my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida in 2006. Since 2010, I have tutored college students and waffled with the decision to become a professor. In August 2019, I began my first academic appointment as an adjunct English instructor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Since then, I have also worked at Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Dalton State College. Currently, I work full-time at GNTC where I interact with a diverse group of students regularly.
