We live in zone 7b, so I am afforded another growing season for cold weather vegetables. I am excited to try my hand at lettuce, spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. My summer garden produced a reasonable amount of cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, and tomatoes, and my Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin vine gave us 6 lovely pumpkins. I believe I conquered the squash borers this year, too! We had an attempted attack on one zucchini plant, but a bit of Neem oil spray seemed to remind them who was boss.
Perhaps my Wordless Wednesdays and Sunday Snapshots will include beautiful garden pictures interspersed with fall foliage!
