While the longer summer break imposed by quarantine felt luxurious and carefree, sometimes you crave routine and structure. Now that we are back on a routine in our new normal, life feels more organized. If you’ve heard of the GYST, you understand exactly how it feels to have all your plates floating in the air with no idea what to do next. Getting it all together in a routine makes the day feel much more manageable, and I am grateful to have everything back on track. The weekends still have that carefree time built in, but during the week we all know what to expect!
