#FoodieFriday Gluten Free Peach Cobbler

It’s hot outside, but sometimes you just need a good baked dessert. While you could go all out and use fresh peaches and a recipe from scratch, you might just want to settle for simplicity.

Ingredients:

16 oz bag frozen sliced peaches
1 cup sugar
1 cup gluten free Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup (half a stick) melted butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the sugar over your sliced peaches, then set them aside.

Whisk together your milk, egg, and butter.

Whisk in the Bisquick until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased pan or pie plate. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.

Allow the cobbler to cool for about an hour or so to let all the juices settle. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
