#ThankfulThursday Vacation Week

I just completed my second semester as an adjunct professor, which was also my first semester being in charge of grading. I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue my career and develop my skills as a professor. Additionally, I picked up two classes for the summer semester, so I’m also thankful for the continued employment that allowed me to step away from retail (hopefully for good). Although the future looks hazy given the implications of COVID-19, I feel fortunate and optimistic.
